This is a knowledge based, recorded virtual one hour training. The purpose of Power THRIVE (Transforming Health and Resiliency through Integration of Values-based Experiences) is to teach VA interprofessional healthcare workers the art of self-care to promote better health and well-being. VHA staff will explore, define, and practice Whole Health concepts through a healing self-care perspective. The focus is on building resiliency in VHA staff members while also facilitating self-care practices that, in return, can be taught to others after completion of the workshop. This method of care delivery helps enhance health and well-being thereby promoting retention amongst staff. This session will be specific to gynecology providers and healthcare teams.
