The goal of this program is to improve the diagnosis and management of age-related macular degeneration (AMD), diabetic retinopathy (DR), retinopathy of prematurity (ROP), and ocular melanoma. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to:
1. Implement novel therapies for neovascular AMD to improve outcomes and reduce treatment burden.
2. Use autonomous artificial intelligence systems to increase screening rates for DR and AMD.
3. Evaluate data on investigational therapies that may slow the progression of geographic atrophy.
4. Assess severity of ROP based on the updated International Classification of ROP.
5. Improve prognosis of ocular melanoma through novel therapies.
