The goal of this program is to improve the evaluation and man agement of malunited fractures. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Consider host factors and imaging strategies for compre hensive preoperative evaluation of a patient with a mal united fracture. 2. Differentiate between various osteotomy techniques based on their applications and advantages for specific joint deformities. 3. Select appropriate surgical techniques for removing various types of implants used in fracture fixation. 4. Justify the use of external fixation for the treatment of non union fractures. 5. Evaluate various surgical techniques using intramedullary nails for malunion correction
