Changes in CPT coding occur yearly and have tremendous impact on otolaryngologic procedural billing. This course has been presented for at least 5 years at the annual meeting of the AAO-HNS by two CPT advisors to the AMA CPT panel. It discusses Otolaryngology-pertinent new codes and changes to old codes as well as how to properly report them. Coding dilemmas and methods to address them are also touched upon in an open discussion format. This lecture is typically very well received.
