The goal of this program is to improve management of high-risk ventral hernias, injuries to the liver and spleen, popliteal injuries, and complicated diverticulitis. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Use appropriate repair procedures for patients with high-risk hernias. 2. Identify risks associated with use of angioembolization to manage solid organ injuries. 3. Develop management strategies for patients with popliteal artery injuries. 4. Select appropriate surgical approaches to manage popliteal injuries. 5. Manage patients with complicated diverticulitis in accordance with emerging evidence
