Pediatric ACL reconstruction is still a challenge for the orthopaedic surgeon. Many different surgical techniques have been developed with the goal of reducing physeal damage and re-rupture rates. In this case-based IC, a panel of European and US authors describe their indications for ACL reconstruction in the pediatric population and present a re-live surgery of their favorite surgical technique.
