The goal of this program is to improve the use of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) in various cancers and manage ment and prevention of hypoglycemia in diabetes mellitus. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Prescribe appropriate ICIs for the management of various cancers. 2. Review the adverse effects associated with ICIs and their management. 3. Identify the types of organ toxicity associated with ICI use. 4. Adjust insulin doses for patients with chronic hypoglycemia. 5. Assess the risk for hypoglycemia in patients with diabetes mellitus.
