The goal of this program is to improve management of immune thrombocytopenia, management of myeloma, and management of solid tumors with adoptive T cell therapy. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Select drugs for treatment of immune thrombocytopenia. 2. Identify patients who are candidates for splenectomy. 3. Advise patients with myeloma to undergo autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT). 4. Choose a regimen of maintenance therapy to follow induction therapy and ASCT in patients with myeloma. 5. Match patients with solid tumors with the appropriate adoptive cell therapy.
