The Instructor Inclusion Training: Creating an Inclusive Learning Environment online course is intended to equip Training Services instructors, instructor trainers and instructor educators with the knowledge, skills and tools to support and promote the Red Cross mission and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in the communities they serve by creating a welcoming and inclusive learning environment and facilitating suitable accommodations to meet course objectives as necessary in all training.
