The goal of this program is to improve outcomes in patients with anterior shoulder instability and bone loss, nonarthroplasty surgical management of glenohumeral arthritis, and treatment of irreparable rotator cuff tears. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to:

2. Compare use of remplissage vs Latarjet procedures in treatment of traumatic anterior shoulder instability.
3. Choose ideal candidates for comprehensive arthroscopic management of advanced shoulder osteoarthritis.
4. Cite evidence supporting use of reverse shoulder arthroplasty for treatment of irreparable rotator cuff tear without glenohumeral osteoarthritis.
5. Employ lower trapezius transfer in massive irreparable posterior-superior rotator cuff tear.
