The goal of this program is to improve the management of pedi atric nephrolithiasis and scrotal abnormalities in children. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Use appropriate imaging modalities to diagnose pediatric kidney stones. 2. Compare the various strategies for conservative and surgical management of pediatric nephrolithiasis. 3. Recognize the importance of timing in the diagnosis and management of undescended testicles. 4. Evaluate the risk for testicular cancer in children with scrotal abnormalities. 5. Differentiate between various testicular masses in prepuber tal boys.
