Management strategies aim to address symptoms and complications by using conservative approaches such as physical therapy to enhance mobility and muscle strength and pain management with medications or injections.Surgical interventions, such as decompression or stabilization procedures, aim to alleviate spinal cord and nerve pressure and improve spinal alignment in patients experiencing progressive symptoms. Long-term monitoring and interprofessional care are essential to effectively managing the condition’s complications.
