The goal of this program is to improve diagnosis and management of pulmonary embolism (PE), stroke, and septic shock. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Use the YEARS algorithm plus age-adjusted D-dimer test to rule out PE. 2. Compare effectiveness of endovascular thrombectomy alone and endovascular thrombectomy with intravenous thrombolysis in patients with large vessel occlusion strokes.
