The goal of this program is to improve diagnosis and management of lymphadenopathy in children and management of skin and soft tissue infections. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Interpret the results of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) serology. 2. Recommend nonpharmacologic options in patients with Epstein-Barr virus infection. 3. Use appropriate treatments for atypical mycobacteria infection. 4. Choose an effective drug for the treatment of methicillinsusceptible Staphylococcus aureus infection. 5. Optimize management strategies for animal bites.
