The goal of this program is to improve the management of male genital pain (MGP), treatment of ischemic priapism, use of hor mone replacement therapy (HRT) in menopausal patients, and patient outcomes through optimal development of functional urology. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clini cian will be better able to: 1. Explain findings of scrotal ultrasonography in male geni tal pain. 2. Use clomiphene in MGP. 3. Optimize use of the T-shunt procedure in ischemic priapism. 4. Implement use of HRT in patients with osteoporosis. 5. Compare therapeutic approaches in functional urology with other urologic subspecialties.
