The goal of this program is to improve management of challenging patient behaviors in the hospital setting and common urologic issues in the hospital. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Cite possible reasons for the increase in workplace violence in health care settings. 2. Implement a framework to address patients with high-risk, nonadherent behaviors in the hospital setting. 3. Document high-risk, nonadherent patient behaviors that occur in the hospital setting. 4. Evaluate the clinical presentation and diagnosis of common urologic issues. 5. Develop treatment strategies for common urologic issues.
