SLS MISWeek2022 is intended for general surgeons, gynecologists, urologists, pediatric, thoracic surgeons and others interested in laparoscopic, endoscopic, robotic, and minimally invasive surgical techniques. The live event Minimally Invasive Surgery Week 2022 educational activity included topical general sessions, multidisciplinary plenary sessions, the presentation of scientific papers, posters, and original videos. This online educational activity presents material from this live online event and is open to students, residents, fellows, clinicians and others allied to the field. Objectives Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to: Increase their comprehension of the basic and fundamental principles of laparoscopic, endoscopic, robotic and minimally invasive techniques, and have an enhanced understanding of these techniques; Understand recent advances and clinical applications in laparoscopic, robotic endoscopic and minimally invasive techniques; Determine the appropriate use of laparoscopic, robotic, endoscopic and minimally invasive technologies as part of a treatment plan in the care of patients Have new insights regarding the developing technologies that will be available in the future to enhance the standard of patient care; and Apply acquired educational information within their specialty, which will enhance their professional development and patient care.
