The goal of this program is to improve evaluation of fetal ultrasonography for abnormalities and evaluation of various colorbased approaches for fetal heart rate monitoring. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Explain the 3-vessel view in fetal ultrasonography. 2. Diagnose urinary tract dilation in the fetus. 3. Manage the risk for neurodevelopmental abnormalities in a fetus with growth restriction. 4. Assess fetal heart rate patterns using the Parer-Ikeda 5-tier system of categorization. 5. Optimize use of the Vintzileos and Smulian system for classification of progressive intrapartum fetal heart rate changes of the deteriorating fetus.
