Management of myopia has witnessed revolutionary changes for two decades. Corneal topography has made our understanding of cornea more lucid and its contribution to the progression of myopia. Surgical evolution with lasers and phakic intraocular lenses has enabled patients to see spectacle-free, even with high refractive errors.
