With a significant portion of graduating otolaryngology residents going into private practice positions, this session aims to provide current and recently graduated trainees with insights into the nuances of private practice management and finding a suitable job after training. Additionally this panel session will focus on how private practice otolaryngologists can continue to engage with the otolaryngology community at large through local and national organizations in order to evolve and grow their practice. This session will feature several private practice otolaryngologists from different stages in their careers, all of whom are engaged in AAO-HNS; with their breadth of expertise and involvement on a national level we hope to provide a comprehensive experience for attendees.
