The focus of Bone Health ECHO is to provide education and guidance on best practice care for assessment of skeletal health and the management of osteoporosis and metabolic bone diseases. Each Bone Health ECHO session includes a brief didactic presentation, discussion of de-identified patient cases presented by learners, and responses to questions and clinical issues that are not associated with patient cases. There is a one-year curriculum of topics for the didactic presentations, with every 5th topic left open to provide opportunities to present emerging topics of interest suggested by learners, new guidelines, new treatments, and controversies in the field of skeletal health.
