NON-PAIN SYMPTOM MANAGEMENT IN THE TERMINALLY ILL/POST-ACUTE SEQUELAE OF SARS COV-2

The goal of this program is to improve management of non-pain symptoms in patients with terminal illness and management of post-acute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to:
1. Identify common non-pain symptoms in patients with terminal illness.
2. Review pathophysiology and risk factors associated with symp-tom burden in patients with terminal illness.
3. Develop pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic strategies for management of non-pain symptoms in patients with terminal illness.
4. Describe the clinical course of and risk factors associated with common post-acute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2.
5. Perform a workup of patients with post-acute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2.
