This activity will be a 7.0 contact hour Live lecture for nurses. The purpose of this workshop is to share the philosophy, governance, and processes of preceptorship. The overall goal of the program is to empower learners to be able to communicate effectively, and to utilize the expertise from the clinical settings to verify competencies of the preceptees. Attendees must be approved to attend by their PCM/Director.
