Learn about active listening and other communication skills that build trust in relationships. Understand the psychology of the negativity bias and conflict escalation and describe a mindset for positivity, accord and conciliation. Learn skills to improve one’s influence including how to empathetically provide constructive criticism and the importance of forgiveness.
