This is a common and potentially serious condition that affects people across all ages and walks of life. To avoid the morbidity and mortality associated with this condition, it must be promptly diagnosed and treated. This activity reviews the evaluation and management of patients with obstructive uropathy. It represents a common presentation affecting multiple medical specialties and highlights the role of the interprofessional team in early identification and improved care for patients with this condition.
