The goal of this program is to improve management of oropharyn geal carcinoma, and management of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Identify risk factors for recurrence of oropharyngeal carcinoma. 2. Use human papillomavirus circulating tumor DNA to predict rates of relapse or recurrence of oropharyngeal carcinoma. 3. Recognize signs and symptoms which suggest OSA. 4. Differentiate results provided by home tests from results of laboratory studies for assessment of OSA. 5. Select devices for positive pressure ventilation in patients with OSA.
