The goal of this program is to improve management of pancre atitis, endoscopic ablation of pancreatic lesions, periprocedural management of patients on antithrombotic agents, and manage ment of gastroparesis. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Identify common non-biliary, non-alcohol related causes of acute pancreatitis. 2. Develop management strategies for recurrent pancreatitis. 3. Select appropriate endoscopic ultrasonography-guided thera pies for management of pancreatic lesions. 4. Manage antithrombotic medications in patients undergoing gastrointestinal procedures based on patient- and procedure-related risk factors for bleeding. 5. Choose optimal medical and surgical approaches for man agement of gastroparesis.
