The goal of this program is to improve access techniques for per cutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) and reduction of infection risk, prevention of complications following prostate needle biopsy, tech niques for performing PCNL, and prostate-specific antigen (PSA) screening and diagnosis of prostate cancer. After hearing and assimi lating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Select appropriate antibiotic prophylaxis for patients undergo ing PCNL. 2. Evaluate the advantages and limitations of various access sites for PCNL procedures. 3. Compare the freehand and grid-based techniques for prostate needle biopsy. 4. Improve outcomes by choosing appropriate patient positions during percutaneous nephrolithotomy. 5. Analyze the role of PSA and polygenic risk scores in screening for prostate cancer
