Perinatal Loss & Bereavement Care In the 21st Century: A Journey of a Lifetime - Enduring Material

This is the inaugural Perinatal Conference for Share of Lancaster. This conference featured invited members of the community who are leaders in their respective fields of stillbirth, pregnancy loss and trauma and grief. The first half of the day had a medical focus with medical providers who will speak to the current state of knowledge and address future directions of this field. The second half of the conference concentrated on the psychosocial aspects of this topic featuring our dedicated practitioners, compassionate social workers and clergy, and dedicated community members. This activity is designed to meet the educational needs for physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, behavioral health specialists, midwives, and other healthcare professionals as well as clergy and funeral directors with an interest in the care of patients and families who have experienced pregnancy and fetal/neonatal loss.
