PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: This panel will be presented by four past chairs of the Young Physicians Section who will discuss their career paths. As these past chairs age out of YPS, pathways for their activities and leadership in academia will be presented. Topics will include: accomplishing successful research, establishing focused clinics programs, lessons learned from YPS leadership, and furthering involvement in AAOHNS leadership after YPS. Equally important, suggestions on balancing a fulfilling family/home life will be shared.
