Prevention of Burnout for Healthcare Teams is an asynchronous one-and-a-half-hour training to learn about gaining an understanding of the causes and manifestations of burnout among healthcare professionals, along with evidence-based strategies to prevent and manage burnout effectively. They will develop essential skills to promote resilience, enhance mental well-being, and foster a supportive and empathetic work environment, all through the lens of providing trauma-informed care and the ACEs Aware movement.
