The goal of this program is to improve management of patients with resectable early-stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with neoadjuvant chemoimmunotherapy, and management of breast cancer. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Select patients with NSCLC for treatment with neoadjuvant chemoimmunotherapy. 2. Relate levels of inflammatory markers in patients with NSCLC to likelihood of pathological complete response. 3. Choose treatments for breast cancer in women who are pregnant. 4. Recommend screening for breast cancer with mammography based on age. 5. Use breast conserving surgery and sentinel lymph node dissection in place of axillary lymph node dissection in select patient populations.
