Rochester Regional Health continuously strives to improve the quality and safety of patient care within our system. Morbidity and Mortality Reviews are one of the ways RRH systematically reviews outcomes to improve our care. M&M Reviews are valuable educational tools that allow unbiased discussion among an interdisciplinary group of peers to identify quality and safety errors and ways to prevent these errors in the future. Not only does the surgeon presenting their case benefit from the analysis of their peers, but those participating and hearing the discussion learn as well.
