This live, face to face, knowledge-based activity will address the knowledge gap that arises from the constant publication of new research. New research is constantly being published at a rate that exceeds a pharmacist s ability to read every pertinent article. A local survey of pharmacy staff demonstrated difficulty with keeping up with the pace of published articles. This series will provide summaries of pertinent articles and their clinical application to promote discussion and awareness of the latest research. After completing sessions within this series, participants will be able to discuss recently published articles and apply these articles to clinical practice.
