The goal of this program is to improve management of human papilloma virus-associated head and neck tumors, and management of salivary gland disease. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Distinguish etiologies of head and neck masses in adults and children. 2. Select an imaging modality for assessment of lesions in the head and neck. 3. Use established classification systems to report thyroid and salivary gland cytopathology. 4. Correlate findings on imaging with probable lesion status. 5. Choose a method of biopsy for salivary gland tumors.
