The goal of this program is to improve management of primary and secondary brain tumors and pregnancy-associated breast cancer (PABC). After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Optimize the use of local therapies for central nervous system metastasis. 2. Select systemic therapy with intracranial activity for patients with brain metastasis from non-small cell lung cancer, breast cancer, and melanoma. 3. Identify the therapeutic implications of molecular diagnosis in primary brain tumors. 4. Develop strategies for management of patients with PABC. 5. Implement fertility preservation strategies for patients with breast cancer who wish to become pregnant in the future
