The goal of this program is to improve management of supe-rior semicircular canal dehiscence syndrome (SCDS) and nasal airway obstruction (NAO). After hearing and assimilat-ing this program, the clinician will be better able to:
1. Identify diagnostic characteristics of SCDS.
2. Illustrate the efficacy of transmastoid occlusion surgery in improvement of symptoms associated with SCDS.
3. Weigh the success of surgical treatments for inferior turbinate hypertrophy.
4. Compare the various subjective and objective measure-ments for symptoms of NAO.
5. Employ effective surgical treatment for NAO associated with lateral wall insufficiency.
