The goal of this program is to improve the detection of sessile polyps, the diagnosis of pancreatic cysts, and the management of eosinophilic esophagitis. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Compare sessile serrated adenomas with hyperplastic polyps. 2. Explain the effect of adenoma detection rate on risk for interval cancer. 3. Differentiate benign from premalignant pancreatic cysts. 4. Optimize use of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography in assessment of pancreatic cysts. 5. Provide strategies for management of eosinophilic esophagitis using the elimination diet.
