The goal of this program is to improve management of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) in adolescents and long COVID in children and adolescents. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Summarize the epidemiology of STIs in the United States. 2. Optimize diagnosis and management for patients with com mon STIs. 3. Outline the clinical presentations of common STIs. 4. Identify risk factors for long COVID in the pediatric population. 5. Develop strategies for management of orthostatic intolerance and postexertional malaise associated with long COVID in children and adolescents.
