The goal of this program is to improve the management of poste rior glenohumeral instability, treatment of lower extremity trauma, approaches to pilon fractures, and management of calcaneus frac tures. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Differentiate the etiologies of posterior glenohumeral instability. 2. Optimize imaging in patients with posterior glenohumeral instability. 3. Compare management and outcomes in patients with severe lower limb injuries undergoing limb salvage vs amuptation. 4. Implement a staged surgical approach for treatment of pilon fractures. 5. Utilize the staged treatment protocol in the management of calcaneus fractures
