This course is for sleep clinicians, researchers, and patient advocates interested in learning about foundational Implementation Science methods to advance the uptake of evidence-based sleep medicine practices and policies across health care delivery contexts. Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to: Describe how implementation science research can effectively and efficiently address the research to practice gaps in evidence-based care; Formulate implementation science research questions; Understand implementation science study designs and measurement; and Apply implementation science theories, models, and frameworks, and (5) understand methods to adapt, scale, and disseminate sleep interventions in the real world.
