Learning Objectives: Learners will accurately describe and diagnose the signs and symptoms of athletes presenting at athletic events and/or emergency room settings with spine, neck, and head injuries. Learners will explore and appraise the use of current treatment options in the treatment of spine, head, and neck injuries. Learners will develop skills in safely treating injuries of the spine, head, and neck. Learners will improve understanding and effectively implement care for athletes with head, spine, and neck injuries by using current treatment methods and modalities. Learners will improve patient care and patient outcomes for spine, head, and neck injuries in athletes by using current treatment methods and modalities.
