The goal of this program is to improve use of lumen-apposing metal stents (LAMS) delivery systems, management of alcohol use disorder and alcohol-associated liver disease (ALD), and manage ment of constipation. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Optimize use of a LAMS delivery system. 2. Reduce mortality among patients with alcohol-associated hepatitis and ALD. 3. Analyze evidence-based data regarding impacts of timed liver transplantation on abstinence from alcohol. 4. Apply the American Gastroenterological Association guide lines for management of chronic constipation. 5. Prescribe new agents to treat chronic constipation.
