The goal of this program is to improve the management of depression in men through the use of testosterone therapy and management of burnout in physicians. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinicians will be better able to: 1. Identify patients with depression who may have underlying low testosterone levels. 2. Implement guidelines for testosterone replacement therapy in men with depression. 3. Prescribe testosterone replacement therapy judiciously and for appropriate durations. 4. Recognize signs and symptoms of burnout. 5. Suggest individual and organizational interventions which promote physician well-being.
