Academic grand rounds provide a critical opportunity to enrich the medical knowledge to an audience of doctors, students, and residents etc. Grand rounds are used to maintain and improve clinical skills of practicing physicians and learners. Presentations are given by well-respected and extensively practiced faculty members from each of our divisions as well as invited guest speakers from across the nation. A multidisciplinary team will convene for this presentation and thoughtful discussion about routine and complex pediatric and congenital cardiac patients. Case presentations utilizing verbal and written format inclusive of diagnostic imaging, patient data, and discussion among a wide spectrum of subspecialists may take place at the discretion of the presenter.
