In this interprofessional educational activity intended for physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, physical therapists, and social workers, we will explore the unique role of PM&R services in improving patient outcomes and healthcare efficiency throughout the continuum of care. Using introductory didactic followed by a group case study analysis, participants will share and gain unified perspectives on how appropriate use of PM&R services can address gaps in system-based practices.
