The Intersection of HIV/Hep C with Maternal Substance Use Disorders: A Review of Evidence Based Practice

This webinar series will highlight the diagnosis and treatment of maternal substance use disorders in a population that may already be navigating HIV and/or Hepatitis C. Intended for the entire health care team (peers, nurses, providers, social workers and more). We will explore these intersections of care and review evidence-based practice treatment recommendations for maternal substance use disorder diagnosis and treatment. The series will highlight common, modifiable barriers at the health care provider level that deters care access for this population.
