The Resilience Champion Cohort: Systemic Drivers of Resilience

This series will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to manage the emotional and physiological symptoms of stress while identifying and addressing the system drivers of fatigue present in the healthcare environment. This session invites participants to examine the idea of control in a work context and to articulate the factors that influence fatigue and support resilience for them and their specific teams. The session introduces participants to drivers of fatigue and drivers of resilience in the workplace and encourages participants to work individually and in groups to identify their specific drivers of fatigue and resilience. During the session, the list of identified drivers is discussed and collected to be shared with participants leaders and managers during the Session 8 Enhancing Systemic Wellness Workshop for Leaders. This course is a stand-alone learning opportunity, but it requires the pre-requisite of Session 1.
