This course is designed to introduce and practice CBT coping skills for stress management, anxiety and depression applied specifically to address the challenges that people with CF face due to their medical condition. This course will identify: Information related to depression and anxiety in people with CF, including prevalence rates and morbidity, such as negative health consequences Review of international guidelines for identifying and addressing depression and anxiety in CF Information about the basics of CBT including conceptual framework, structure of sessions and evidence-base Information about the development and evidence-base for the CF-CBT program
