The goal of this program is to improve triage in mass casualty events, management of blast injuries, evaluation of the spine in patients with lower back pain, and mentoring relationships. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Prepare triage protocols and personnel for potential mass casualty events. 2. Assess victims of blast injuries for immediate and time delayed injuries. 3. Recognize red flags for serious spinal pathologies in patients with back pain. 4. Select appropriate diagnostic modalities for patients with suspected spinal abscess. 5. Develop an efficient mentor-mentee relationship
